Scientist have confirmed that unlike gasoline cars, plug-ins will get cleaner as they get older -- because our power grid is getting cleaner. You dont have to plug it in.

Has shown some concept fuel-cell PHEVs. Plans Saturn Vue PHEV-10. Aims to get Saturn Vue on road in 2010; no production goal.
