This means the more maintenance-free electrical systems of PHEVs offset the initial higher cost of batteries. But theyve needed definitive proof that PHEVs wont increase pollution.

The customer will only pay a monthly fee about $240 (US Dollars) which includes a full maintenance service agreement; carbon offset payments and in some countries even all electricity used, and insurance. The electricity for recharging has to come from somewhere, which means power plants. They will not meet my needs.
