Harry’s 200-unit condominium building in Minneapolis, Minn., has no EV chargers in its five-story indoor parking garage. And where they do exist, the ports are often at luxury apartments, which is true in Minneapolis. Even without a son soon to be entering college, the premium prices of EVs were a turnoff.
