Lead grant applicant Electric Transportation Engineering Corporation (eTec), a subsidiary of ECOtality, received a $99.8 Scott Becker vice president, Legal and General Counsel, Nissan North America. Projects include: $70 million to Chrysler to develop, validate and deploy 220 plug-in hybrid electric pickups and minivans.
