Harry’s 200-unit condominium building in Minneapolis, Minn., They rejected my request to allow cyclists to hose off their bikes in the alley behind the building, which cost nothing. And where they do exist, the ports are often at luxury apartments, which is true in Minneapolis. The other challenge was where to charge the EV.
