The launch edition of the R1T and it’s SUV close relation the R1S, went on sale late in 2021 – Rivian production started in September 2021 – and people have been tripping over themselves to get hold of limited supply. Conversions can be done of older utes, potentially prolonging the life of an existing vehicle.
