Scientist have confirmed that unlike gasoline cars, plug-ins will get cleaner as they get older -- because our power grid is getting cleaner. But theyve needed definitive proof that PHEVs wont increase pollution. In many areas of the country, overnight power is available at a lower cost. Thats 20-25 cents a gallon.
