Major Jerry Asher wheels around Arizona in a Toyota Prius hybrid, packing an extra battery and preaching a message to “kick gas” in favor of electric power. Right now, only the Toyota Prius can be converted to a plug-in, Asher said in an interview. We have to find an alternative fuel source.”Right
