It will be named the Flywheel Capacitor and will consist of a high speed carbon fibre flywheel connected to a high-speed electric motor generator. The motor and flywheel will rotate at up to 60,000RPM with a small electric pump occasionally used to top up the vacuum so no regular maintenance is needed.
