Caroline Reichert, an RWE spokeswoman, noted that the idea here is to ensure that "a car can be recharged in Italy in exactly the same way as in Denmark, Germany or France." The use and technology of a computer cable does change, so the plug cant remain for 25 years or whatever. They arent standardised internationally. Is this the Zune HD?
