A month or so ago word was Toyota was postponing the new generation Lithium Prius. That seemed to be a hint that Toyota wasn't moving too quickly on plug-ins. Now, however, we continue to see more information on Toyota's own prototype plug-in Lithium Prius. Toyota says plug-in hybrids offer the best of both kinds of vehicles."

Were told that the agreement includes nods of acceptance from the likes of Volkswagen, BMW, Ford, General Motors, Fiat, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Eon, Vattenfall, EDF, Npower, Endesa and Enel, and while theres no time frame for when itll be introduced, were pretty stoked to hear that at least something has been decided upon. Is this the Zune HD?

Most charge points available today take much longer to re-energize batteries than it does to fill a gas-powered cars tank.
