The Energy Department’s Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E) will award $60 million in funding to 23 new projects aimed at creating highly efficient and scalable dry-cooling technologies for thermoelectric power plants and developing prototype technologies to explore new pathways for fusion power. I imagine there will be tax incentives to build green generators when were at that stage. Install a Mr. Fusion on the back of the cars and everyone starts driving reeeeeal slow and careful. Nuclear waste is a problem much harder to solve than CO2, and dams have quite an impact in the environment. Is this the Zune HD?
