Spirit of DC - PHEV3A

The plug-in hybrid vehicle the “Spirit of DC" was designed to run on electricity alone for about 10 miles before reverting back to acting like an ordinary hybrid. Now the "Spirit" is busy promoting plug-ins at America’s schools. On this leg of the trip we on the PHEV3A team have been focusing on stopping at schools.
