While the Chrysler 300 improves to “Average,” the Pacifica minivan falls to “Below-Average.” The Taurus, the oldest model in Ford’s fleet, has “Much-Better-Than-Average” reliability. However, Acura seems to have worked out recent trouble spots with its new transmissions and infotainment systems.
