Range Energy’s RA electrified trailer platform now eligible for up to $80k in California incentives

Range Energy announced that its 53-foot electric trailer, the RA, is now eligible for point-of-sale incentives up to $80,000/unit through the California Air Resources Board Clean Off-Road Equipment (CORE) Voucher Program. The RA platform is the first trailer electrification platform to be eligible for the CORE incentive. The RA-01 was designed to reduce diesel consumption during yard operation, at the dock, while idling, and in a multitude of other scenarios.

Toyota RAV4 Prime, Lexus NX PHEV recall: Don't charge in cold weather

Certain 2021 and 2022 Toyota RAV4 Prime and 2022 Lexus NX 450h+ plug-in hybrids are being recalled, and in the meantime owners are being advised not to charge their vehicles in cold temperatures. I love the idea of the Chevrolet SS -- a big, rear-drive sedan with V8 power and a manual -- though the one time I drove one, I was a bit letdown. Still, I sometimes browse for one on the used-car market. This one caught my eye. This black-on-black model is apparently in good condition and has been stored in a warehouse. It's not stock, though -- it has Eibach lowering springs, a cold-air intake, and the buyer swapped the Chevy badges for Holdens.
