Event: Ford Bronco Sport Off-Roadeo Experiencing the Bronco Sport in the Wild When Ford debuted the all-new Bronco Sport in 2021, it said it was “Built Wild.” It is important to educate our owners, but community is a big part of this, too. In addition, we are often invited to manufacturer events highlighting new vehicles or technology.

The event, WAJ Media Day 2021, afforded me a chance to experience some exotic and high-end cars that aren’t normally in the sights of Clean Fleet Report. The event was held in last week in Half Moon Bay, California. Because of this we don’t address issues such as long-term reliability or total cost of ownership.

These curbside chargers are part of a joint New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT) and Con Edison pilot project. The chargers will be in place for four years as part of the demonstration project, which will include an evaluation. Con Edison is funding the project.

The VEMB system uses a concentric camshaft, blow-down manifold and scavenge manifold to separate the exhaust event into two phases: high-energy blow-down to the turbo without pumping losses, and high-hydrocarbon scavenge to the EGR system. Shortly after launching the F-150 Lightning, rapidly rising material costs, supply constraints and other factors drove up the cost of the EV truck for Ford and our customers. Customers will now have greater availability of their built-to-order truck as early as October at an MSRP closer to initial Lightning pricing. APR for 36-months.
