All new vehicle sales in Oregon to be ZEVs by MY 2035

The Oregon Environmental Quality Commission adopted rules this week (3-1) to require all new passenger cars, trucks and SUVs sold in Oregon to be zero emissions (ZEVs) by 2035. These include both battery-electric and fuel-cell-electric vehicles, as well as plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.

BP to sell Carson refinery and ARCO retail network in US Southwest to Tesoro for $2.5B

BP has reached agreement to sell its Carson, California refinery and related logistics and marketing assets in the region to Tesoro Corporation for $2.5 It processes ANS (Alaskan North Slope), Middle Eastern and West African crudes and supplies 25% of the Los Angeles gasoline demand.
