LADOT count shows a 22% increase in biking, 6% drop in walking in 2019 from 2017

The Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT) has published findings and data from its inaugural study counting the number of people biking and walking on Los Angeles streets. Track usage before and after transportation projects and programs are implemented. A 22% increase in biking citywide from comparable data in 2017.

California ARB posts discussion document on $500M FY 2016-17 spend for low carbon transportation and fuels; $230M to fund CVRP

prior to a 4 April 2016 public workshop on the development of the FY 2016-17 Funding Plan for Low Carbon Transportation and Fuels Investments and AQIP. At least 50% of these Low Carbon Transportation funds would be invested to benefit disadvantaged communities and at least 10% would be invested directly in disadvantaged communities.
