And Chinese still buy lots of BMW, Audi, and Mercedes. BYD has no interest in US market at this moment, neither selling EV nor making EV in US. It is a show for US domestic politic. EU won't be doing the same because German would like to sell their cars in China.

In Europe Renault 5, Alfa Romeo Junior, Jeep Avenger Mazda 3, in China Xiaomi Su7 (China) or ssc sc-01 (but this one costs 40k).

Nissan, Renault to buy CATL batteries for electric vehicles
