Hubject, an e-mobility specialist founded in 2012 by leading companies in the energy, technology, and automotive industries ( earlier post ), has published the Open Plug&Charge Protocol (OPCP) , the first independent protocol to standardize the Plug&Charge EV ecosystem. Multiroot handling is also implemented and compliant with ISO15118-20.

Honda introduces HondaLink connected car system and HondaLink EV

Honda unveiled HondaLink, a new in-vehicle connectivity system that will debut this fall on the ninth-generation 2013 Honda Accord. HondaLink will also incorporate Pandora internet radio and voice-to-text SMS text services with pre-programmed responses, which Honda introduced on the 2012 CR-V. HondaLink EV.

Duke Energy upgrading Notrees 36 MW grid storage system with Samsung SDI Li-ion batteries
