Verizon Contracts BAF to Convert 501 Service Vans to CNG in 2010

has received an order from Verizon to convert 501 new Ford E-250 Series vans to compressed natural gas (CNG) power. BAF, a wholly owned subsidiary of Clean Energy Fuels Corp., The vans are scheduled for deployment later this year. The vehicles will be equipped with the BAF proprietary clean-air certified CalComp System.
