Texas-based fuel company Nacero ( earlier post ) will build its second low- and zero-carbon fuels plant in Newport Township, Pennsylvania. Topsoe is providing engineering and design services currently and will supply catalyst and proprietary hardware. Nacero plans to begin work on the Pennsylvania facility in 2022-23.
