Commercially operated Wärtsilä engine runs on 25 vol% hydrogen blend

The technology group Wärtsilä and WEC Energy Group have successfully tested the capabilities of a Wärtsilä engine running on 25 vol% hydrogen-blended fuel. This is the largest commercially operated grid-connected flexible balancing engine ever to run on a hydrogen fuel blend, representing therefore a world-first achievement.

Shell to start building Europe’s largest renewable hydrogen plant: Holland Hydrogen I

Cepsa to invest €3B in Andalusia to build the largest green hydrogen hub in Europe; additional €2B for renewable power

H2@Scale project launched in Texas; renewable hydrogen for multiple end-use applications
