Tesla leads with transfer of ZEV credits for year ending 30 Sep 2013

The latest data show a very different picture from the prior year’s report, when electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla Motors transferred out 1,311.520 ZEV credits, by far, the largest of any automaker in the state.

GSA To Make 5,600 Hybrids Available To Federal Agencies, Including 100 Plug-In Hybrids; Cost Still An Issue
