Porsche and the Frauscher Shipyard in Austria are developing an electric yacht—the Frauscher x Porsche 850 Fantom Air—that is intended to set standards on the water with its typical Porsche E-Performance. Frauscher also currently offers a range of electric boats in addition to its conventionally powered offerings.

car2go North America, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Daimler North America Corporation, launches its car-sharing service in Washington DC this weekend. Beginning 24 March, car2go will begin to deploy 200 smart fortwo cars in Washington DC, distributing them throughout the entire District. and Portland, Oregon.

QUANTRON has unveiled its new 12m electric bus called CIZARIS. The new bus model in the Augsburg-based company’s bus portfolio will be launched as an all-electric version (CIZARIS 12 EV), followed in 2023 by a fuel cell drive (CIZARIS 12 H) that uses a largely identical powertrain.
