Porsche opens first Charging Lounge

Porsche is planning to set up its own fast-charging stations offering a premium charging experience along Europe’s most important routes. As a pilot site, the first Porsche Charging Lounge has opened outside Bingen am Rhein. Further Porsche Charging Lounges are currently planned for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Porsche expects more than 80% of new vehicle sales to be all-electric in 2030

Porsche officially drops diesel for future models

On Sunday, Porsche AG announced that it will in the future no longer offer diesel-powered models. By 2022, Porsche will have invested more than €6 billion (US$7 billion) in e-mobility, creating the basis for sustainable growth into the future. In 2017, the diesel share of worldwide Porsches was 12%.

Porsche expanding Charging Service in Europe; more than 49,000 charging points

A new feature offered by the Porsche Charging Service is a rating function. In Germany, the fee for using the Porsche Charging Service is €2.50 (US$2.86) per month.
