DTF: Diesel dominates commercial truck, transit and school bus fleets in US

This analysis found the following: Commercial Trucks: 76% of the approximately 15 million commercial trucks (Class 3-8) that make up the nation’s fleet run on diesel. Of those, the newest generation of advanced diesel technology models now account for 53% of that fleet. Electric and other categories each register less than 1%.

Utah Transits Authority adding 5 battery-electric New Flyer buses to fleet

IKEA US and Electrify America to install ultra-fast public and fleet charging at more than 25 IKEA retail locations

IKEA US announced a collaboration with Electrify America and Electrify Commercial to bring ultra-fast public charging stations and delivery fleet electric vehicle (EV) charging to more than 25 IKEA retail locations throughout the US. Intermountain Power Agency orders MHPS JAC Gas Turbine technology for renewable-hydrogen energy hub, operated by LA DWP

The Intermountain Power Agency (IPA) has awarded Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems (MHPS) a contract for two M501JAC power trains for the Intermountain Power Plant (IPP) in Delta, Utah. It will provide 840 MW of reliable energy to the IPA purchasers it serves, including Los Angeles and municipalities in other parts of California and Utah.
