I went to Detroit last month and found myself in neighborhoods that looked like they had been attacked by enemy forces, had lost their battle and had now surrendered and in most part been abandoned. The house above looks good to what I’m talking about. Greenius on the job at Gompers Elementary School in Detroit. Now is the moment.

The Torrance Hillside Overlay district , covers most of the historic Hollywood Riviera neighborhood where the Creative Greenius lives and I can tell you that it’s a zoning law that is pure politics. No, but I knew who they were and they wrote the books and they lived in L.A. You pay your taxes on-line.

It might be in your neighborhood, but it's something that you will find along interstates or major travel routes. There are also, incidentally, income tax credits at the federal and state levels for installation of EV charging equipment. It doesn't cover the whole thing, but you do get a chunk of it back as a tax credit.
