Audi switching from truck to rail for battery delivery

Volvo Trucks opens its first battery plant; cells and modules from Samsung SDI

Umicore inaugurates CAM plant in Poland; complete battery materials value chain in Europe

Umicore last week inaugurated its carbon-neutral production facility for cathode active materials (CAM) for electric vehicles in Nysa, Poland. The Nysa plant is fully powered by renewable electricity from a nearby onshore wind farm, enabling Umicore’s carbon-neutral growth ambitions. Currently, Umicore in Nysa employs about 240 people.

INEOS to invest more than €2B in electrolysis projects in Europe for green hydrogen production
