Colorado will offer EV buyers $2,500 for the purchase or conversion of a fully electric light-duty vehicle, $3,500 for a light-duty electric truck, $5,000 for a medium-duty electric truck, or $10,000 for a heavy-duty electric truck. For a new full EV, buyers are eligible for $2,500 or for PHEVs; $1,000.
