Paris weekday ban on pre-1997 cars takes effect, historic cars excepted

Motorcycles in California could soon be included under the state’s smog checking programme if a bill is passed. Currently there are around 575,000 motorcycles registered in California with the model year of 2000 or higher. There are fears however, that it might be affected by tampering.
