Nissan is believed to have developed an electric car charger, capable of fully recharging its Leaf battery model in just 10 minutes. Working in conjunction with Kansai University, the Japanese car maker has developed a new capacitor electrode made of tungsten oxide and vanadium oxide instead of using carbon, CNet.com reports.
