FROM HOMEPOWER MAGAZINE written by Fire engineer Matthew Paiss: Access, pathways, and smoke-ventilation space: Providing a 3-foot setback from the edges of the roofline. They’re my heroes. Businesses of all sizes are eligible for the Octopus Electric Vehicles scheme, in contrast to some schemes which are only available to large employers.

Thats still better than conventional performance vehicles, but not as good as the Chevrolet Volt; when its gas generator kicks in after a 40-mile all-electric range, the Volt will get 50 miles per gallon. The Tesla Roadster can go 244 miles on a charge, but recharging it takes hours. The Karma can be refueled quickly.)
