Tesla driver shares insights after Model 3 gets banned from racing events

By the time the Model 3 Performance came into the picture, the anti-EV narrative had already shifted to the idea that electric cars are only good for straight-line races, not the track.

For whatever reason, all EVs get the full $7500 applied to leases, however. So that has more people leasing EVs than ever before. The number of electric vehicle models that can be leased for less than $400/month has grown by 50% since last August.

Non-bike bike gear tested: Turning any helmet into a headlight with BioLite

The best way I’ve found to reduce or eliminate car usage in a city is with an electric bike. But in the winter, nights come at you early, and it’s more important than ever to ensure that as cyclists, we’re visible to the biggest danger on the roads: car drivers. I’ve been testing out a new headlamp called the that isn’t specifically meant for cyclists, but has proven perfect for me as a way to add both front and rear LED lighting to pretty much any helmet.

Comment on BYD Yangwang launches U9 electric supercar with starting price of $233,500 by John Hanna

The comparison of the U9 to the acceleration of " a model with a a12 cyl. ICE " is a bit odd. Tesla's Model S plaid - a full size sedan, is quicker than this U9 sports car. If this is the quickest they can make a sports car, I understand why they're not giving acceleration specifics of its still-to-come U7 sedan - just vague "pushing the limits" verbiage.

Tesla and BYD might have an early mover's advantage which helps.
