Siemens Energy secures 50 MW electrolyzer order from European Energy for first large-scale eMethanol project

European Energy , a Danish developer and operator of green energy projects, has ordered a 50 MW electrolyzer from Siemens Energy for use in developing the first large-scale commercial e-Methanol production facility. The plan is that the plant will be built in Kassø, located west of Aabenraa in the South of Denmark, near the German border.

Toyota’s diesel line-up in Western Europe to be made compatible with HVO100 diesel fuel

Toyota’s toughest, body-on-frame models in Europe are to be made compatible with HVO100 diesel, a non-fossil fuel made from 100% renewable sources such as waste cooking oil. Topsoe and First Ammonia sign 5GW electrolyzer agreement for green ammonia

Topsoe’s SOEC manufacturing plant is to be built in Herning, Denmark, and has recently received FID from the board. These projects will be the world’s first commercial-scale, green ammonia production facilities with operation planned for 2025. At 5GW, this would be the largest electrolyzer reservation of any type.
