200 kW DC fast charging sounds insane. The Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV 6 will be using brand new 150 kW DC fast chargers that will be installed on highways near the 5 metro cities. My recommendation is to buy electric cars only if companies are serious about manufacturing in India and offering dedicated trained Indian service staff.

We still don't have DC fast charging stations on our highways. Pune city has expanded their Olectra-BYD electric buses to 300+ numbers in 2020. Olectra-BYD has contracts to supply 30 electric buses to Dehradun, 150 to Surat, 25 to Silvassa. For example, when you buy an EV, there is no Road Tax and Registration Fees.
