The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has released the draft 2022 Climate Change Scoping Plan —the third update to the state’s initial 2008 Scoping Plan. The draft 2022 Climate Change Scoping Plan was developed by the California Air Resources Board in collaboration and coordination with multiple state agencies.

The report (and Keros during the webinar) noted the importance of the passage of California’s AB 8 (Perea, 2013).
