Harley-Davidson, the legendary and revered American manufacturer of motorcycles, announced that it is establishing LiveWire as a separate electric motorcycle brand on July 8,2021, just in time for the first of nine outdoor International Motorcycle Shows. I’ve always wondered how Harley would market its silent motorcycles.

Volkswagen is emphasizing that (a) the SportWagen is based on the award-winning Gen 7 Golf and that it is, fundamentally a Golf; and (b) that the SportWagen offers the versatility of a compact SUV combined with the fuel efficiency and driving dynamics of a sporty compact. Included in the competitive set is the Prius v ( earlier post ).

Toyota: When the Toyota Prius originally went on sale in 1997, it was the world’s first mass-produced hybrid car, meaning the Japanese automaker effectively stole a march on its rivals. Toyota has now built a plug-in version of the Prius, which may again see the company beat its rivals to the punch on name value alone.

Best take on all this has been that SouthPark episode with "It" You want something efficient that uses little resources and doesnt impact traffic and parking, then buy a motorcycle. Toyota still has not made any money on the Prius. I’m sick of hearing about the Prius….I I don’t want one of those either.

↓ ↑ report 10 Pixls 11:45PM (4/09/2009) well i think, in a perfect world there would be some level of uniformity to the batteries per car of course not all cars would have the same pack, that would be impossible, but perhaps, an SUV pack, a sport pack, minivan pack, and like regular car or something.
