Not only is the South Bay’s greenest city getting the EVs for use by city officials, Mini USA is also providing an electric charging station for the cars. The key to Manhattan Beach scoring the EVs was Councilman Richard Montgomery’s personal contacts with the Mini E decision makers.

Just as we also see California for what it is – the most energy efficient state in the the USA and the only logical model for the rest of the country to follow. And now it’s time for the rest of the USA to step up and try and match us out here on the best coast. And that kind of vision makes us powerful.
