I like Dency’s idea of installing these turbines atop tall poles on our South Bay piers where the winds are more forceful and regularly blowing. I started digging and researching and I found the money that any of our cities in the South Bay – or throughout the great state of California – can use to fund and operate their AB 811 loan programs.
