The federal government has dropped $7 billion in its “Hydrogen Hubs” program that will create seven regional programs to create clean (fossil fuel-free) hydrogen along with additional infrastructure.

As with any alternative fuel, be it CNG, LPG, electricity, hydrogen or E85, one of the challenges facing its adoption is both the availability of the fuel as well as the mechanics of refueling.
