Toyota was earlier granted a Zero Emission Powertrain (ZEP) Executive Order (A-014-1170) from the California Air Resources Board (CARB) for its new heavy-duty fuel cell electric powertrain kit. The hydrogen-fueled powertrain kit includes a 200 kWh Li-ion battery; hydrogen fuel storage tanks (58.8 Earlier post.)

It has some frame issues, but it's also been a daily driver and the seller has a frame repair kit available. Today's UCOTD comes from your author's backyard. Both hard- and soft-tops are available, as are both full and half doors.

kWh NiMH plug-in hybrid (PHEV) conversion kit that enables all-electric mode driving at speeds of up to 70 miles per hour (until the battery pack is depleted) in a converted Prius. Some previous Prius plug-in conversion kits allowed motorists to go as fast as 52 miles per hour using a “forced stealth” mode.

The first retail sale of E98 ethanol fuel, with CIE (Central Indiana Ethanol), CountryMark, and Co-Alliance Cooperative Inc. While ClearFlame’s technology is fuel-agnostic and can run on any clean fuel, its current engines run on ethanol, which is widely available across the United States as a blend component, but is not currently for sale.
