The list of powertrains (note we can’t say engines anymore) was fairly exhaustive—39 vehicles were evaluated with 18 of those electrified models.

With arrest-me acceleration and an exhaust that will wake the neighbors -- even if you live next to a cemetery -- this bad-ass pony is an old-school throwback in the best way.

The body-color shark fin antenna, bright roof rails, panoramic roof, integrated spoiler over the raked power lift gate, bright twin exhaust ports, and LED tail lights finish-off the design. We received several compliments on the color, so this could be a good option.

The rear features twin chrome-tipped exhaust ports in the outer lower fascia and the letters P-A-L-I-S-A-D-E spread out between the vertical rectangular LED tail lights. The nearly flat roof, with chrome rack rails, extends as an integrated spoiler to offer shading over the rear hands-free power lift gate. Edging into luxury territory.
