The Torrance Hillside Overlay district , covers most of the historic Hollywood Riviera neighborhood where the Creative Greenius lives and I can tell you that it’s a zoning law that is pure politics. Just two people live in its 3000+ energy-wasting square feet. I have an energy urgency. right now -. They’re awful.

Ladies and gentlemen your friendly neighborhood Greenius has hit the wall. My wife’s boss gave me a job as a magazine editor for the American Portrait Society in 1981, and I became known in the figurative art world which was a blast while it lasted. I am dog tired. I need a break, right now, before I snap. A year-long one.

Alternatively, may we suggest the sound of the neighborhood ice cream truck? Nonetheless, I do agree that it wastes of energy, reduces range and should NOT be mandatory. Motor Trend Magazine has extensive coverage of all cars online including road tests, free videos, buying guides, etc. I know this and I speak for them.
