Valley Regional Transit in Idaho to purchase 8 Proterra Catalyst electric buses and charging systems; leasing batteries

Valley Regional Transit (VRT) in Idaho has agreed to purchase eight Proterra Catalyst 35-foot E2 electric buses and eight Proterra 125 kW plug-in charging systems. VRT is Proterra’s first customer in Idaho and the first transit agency in Idaho to bring electric buses to its community.
