At 25 mpg, the 2021 Ford F-150 Hybrid is the efficiency leader of big gasoline trucks

Ford has confirmed a 25-mpg combined EPA fuel economy rating for the most fuel-efficient version of the F-150 hybrid lineup, which carries the PowerBoost badge. Ford says that 4x2 versions of the F-150 hybrid come in at 25 mpg city, 26 highway, and 25 combined—with a range of 750 miles on a tank of gasoline.

XL launches PHEV Ford F-250; 50% improvement in fuel economy

XL unveiled its plug-in hybrid electric Ford Super Duty F-250 pickup truck ( earlier post ) at the NTEA Work Truck Show in Indianapolis. The XLP F-250 has no effect on Ford factory warranties, and requires no special maintenance procedures or charging infrastructure enhancements.

2020 Ford Escape Hybrid mpg tops 40 mpg, meets or beats Toyota RAV4 Hybrid

Official EPA fuel economy ratings have been released for the 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid, and they’re among the best in its class. The Escape Hybrid achieves 41 mpg combined (44 mpg city, 37 highway) with front wheel drive, or 40 mpg combined (43 mpg city, 37 mpg highway) with all-wheel drive.

New Ford Focus with Super Fuel Economy package EPA-certified at 40 mpg highway

The new Ford Focus ( earlier post ) with the SFE (Super Fuel Economy) package is EPA-certified at 40 mpg on the highway and 28 mpg city. Focus becomes the fourth vehicle in the Ford Motor Company vehicle lineup with an EPA-certified rating of 40 mpg (on either city or highway cycles) or more.
