Volt like hybrids are the intermediate future between hydrogen or fast charging electric cars. Denmark did that with Wind Power and now most of their energy comes from wind rather than oil, natural gas, or coal. So I think its a safe bet for GM. assuming electric cars actually have a future. GM would only lease them.
