A consortium led by thyssenkrupp Marine Systems GmbH is developing a solid-oxide fuel cell system as an alternative power generation on ships. I said I would consider it, but that I was really hoping to establish a precedent, legally speaking, beyond Torrance. I’ve heard from a wide variety of people – people who don’t have solar “Oh the marine layer and the May/June Gloom…”. I want it to be all of California. And this is boring. I want it to go away.
