Our neighborhood is called the “Hollywood Riviera&# because of its beautiful hillside homes with idyllic ocean views framed by palm trees. It also means a Hobson’s choice over the most critical needs for this increasingly precious liquid resource. Things don’t grow well anymore in the places they have for generations.

The Torrance Hillside Overlay district , covers most of the historic Hollywood Riviera neighborhood where the Creative Greenius lives and I can tell you that it’s a zoning law that is pure politics. He’s a great resource and wonderful guy and he’s a old solar hippy. I’m not asking them for money, I’m asking them to change a rule.
