In 386 miles driving through Southern California, aided by the start/stop (where the engine shuts off when not needed), we averaged 23.7 Where we did much better was on a 102-mile freeway run in either Eco or Smart mode and with the adaptive cruise control set at 65 mph, we achieved 27.5 Tech Abounds. The UX 250h can go-up to 71 mph on electricity alone, with a nearly imperceptible transition between gasoline and electricity. The interior is a most welcoming place offering comfort, style and all the tech you could want. All can be monitored on dash gauges. mpg, and on short in-town runs I was getting in excess of 50 mpg.
